in november 1965, Francesca sorce and her three young sons travelled from sicily to reunite with her husband, vincenzo morreale. here, they would start their new life together in the uk and have two more children.

in october 2022, four of their five children, along with their first daughter-in-law, spent an evening recalling stories of life in sicily, immigrating to the uk and their british-italian upbringing.

these are the memories they preserved.
